A table without which it's hard to stay on budget when selecting furniture and lighting for a project, and completely impossible to manage the realization.

There are 3 tabs inside:

1. Grand budget estimate with the ability to select a price category for the entire estimate (drop-down filter in the head of the table)

2. Grand budget estimate with the ability to select a price category for each item (drop-down filter at the beginning of each row).

3. Actual cost


The Grand Budget is edited and discussed at the beginning of the project (before, during or at the end of the planning stage, but necessarily BEFORE collages, visualization, detailing). It shows the client the approximate total amount it will cost to design and realize. It's up to you - which of the first two tabs to choose for work: the first is more convenient with those clients who are not inclined to interfere in the process, the second - more variable. The table already contains prices relevant for the German market in three categories - BASIC, PLUS and PREMIUM.

ATTENTION: When working with the table, edit only the PRICE OPTIONS and COMMENTS columns, the other cells are set up with formulas. The table is built in such a way that an entire room can be copied and duplicated if necessary.

The actual estimate is filled in after the shopping list is approved: the exact cost of the selected items, the cost of construction works from the foreman, the cost of designer's services are transferred to the estimate. For ease of perception, the estimate is divided into colored blocks and has a column PAYMENT STATUS, where we enter information about payments from the client, so that at any time the client can check how much money he has already paid and how much is left.
