Most likely, you have it in one form or another. But our table is interactive. Like our other project tables, we store it on google drive in the project folder (and we recommend you do) and give clients access to edit it.

There are 2 tabs in the document:

1. Selection options

2. Delivery check-list

In the first tab, the client has the ability to select from several alternative items - using the options in the drop-down list, and to leave comments. When all items are approved, we apply a filter and copy all the selected items to the second tab, where we specify delivery dates and status. It is desirable to update the status once a week, and a link to this document can be added to the description of the chat with the client or come up with another short cut, so you will avoid constant questions like "When will we have a bed delivery, remind me, please?"
